BECOMING OUR AUTO SERVICE WRITER - SERVICE ADVISOR

Schedule :

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 : 30 AM and 5 : 00 PM.

Day-to-Day :

Imagine a day where you greet and assist customers with a friendly smile, estimate and present needed repairs with confidence, and efficiently manage technician workflow.

As our Auto Service Writer - Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the front-end operations, ensuring timely completion of services, and upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Join us in creating a seamless and satisfying experience for every customer who drives through our doors!

Qualifications :

• Experience writing and presenting services in the automotive repair industry
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics
• Current Virginia state inspector's license is preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required!
